组氨酸铬在链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠模型中控制血糖、改善血脂和降低氧化应激的作用
高血糖是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的一个标志,是高血脂、氧化应激和各种糖尿病相关并发症的原因。治疗的目的是通过维持接近正常血糖来减少糖尿病并发症。新生Wistar大鼠70只,4 ~ 5日龄,随机分为7组。除第一组对照组外,其余各组均饲喂高脂肪饮食(HFD) -40%卡路里为脂肪。III、IV、V组患者腹腔内单次注射链脲佐菌素(STZ) (40mg/kg)诱导T2DM。IV、VI组添加4μg/kg组氨酸铬(CrHis), V、VII组添加8μg/kg组氨酸铬(CrHis) BW/d,连续10周。10周后观察Cr His对血糖、血脂和丙二醛的影响。与对照组大鼠相比,II组和III组大鼠血糖出现轻度高血糖,II组大鼠胰岛素水平升高。与4 μg Cr His组比较,8 μg Cr His组大鼠血清葡萄糖值显著降低。高脂饮食组大鼠富含甘油三酯(TG)脂蛋白显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。 Group V and VII rats on 8 μg Cr His showed lower levels of TG and Very Low Density Lipoproteins (VLDL) compared to Group IV and VI rats on 4μg Cr His (p<0.05). The plasma MDA level was elevated in the stress induced rats in Group II and III but normalized to baseline when Cr His was administered. CrHis controls hyperglycemia, improves lipid profile and reduces oxidative stress in streptozotocin induced type 2 diabetes model in rats.
