永久上颌中切牙冠长、面高与身高体重的相关性研究。100个人的异速生长分析。

摘要

牙齿形态测量与面部和身体参数的比较评估在过去已经尝试过。齿冠长度，特别是前牙的齿冠长度，与面高和身高之间可能存在一定的关系，这一观点一直被提出。本研究旨在评估上颌永久中切牙临床冠高与研究对象的面高和体高的关系，并进行统计分析。本研究共纳入100名受试者(50M/50F)。使用数字游标卡尺从牙模中评估牙冠长度，而面部高度和身体高度则基于已建立的地标进行物理评估。男性上颌中切牙临床冠高度平均为11.6mm，女性为10.5mm。男性平均面部高度为17.67cm，女性为17.16cm。研究组男性平均身高180.34cm，女性平均身高160.61cm。使用Spearman变异系数发现面部总高度与身高显著相关(r=0.283, p=0.004, p<0.01)。总冠长与身高无统计学相关性。 The present study has established conclusive evidence of a statistical correlation between facial height and body height of the individual. Although no definitive correlations could be established between total crown length and body height, the use of the established parameters will be helpful in the fields of forensic odontology and anthropology.
